Roofing Services in Central Florida

Six things we get called for. If what you need is not on this list, call and ask — it is a short conversation.

Roof Replacement
New roof

Roof Replacement

A full tear-off and rebuild when patching stops making sense. We strip the old layers, look at the decking underneath, and put the new roof on properly.

  • Old layers stripped, not covered over
  • Decking checked before anything goes back on
  • Shingle or metal, your choice
  • Site cleaned up when we finish
Roof Repair
Leaks and storm damage

Roof Repair

Most leaks are not the whole roof. We find where the water is actually getting in — flashing, valleys, a few lifted shingles — and fix that instead of selling you a replacement.

  • We find the leak before quoting
  • Flashing, valleys and vents
  • Lifted or missing shingles
  • Repair when a repair is enough
Shingle Roofing
Asphalt shingle

Shingle Roofing

The standard roof on most Central Florida homes. Done right it handles the afternoon storms and the sun; done fast it starts lifting at the edges within a couple of seasons.

  • Full architectural shingle systems
  • Underlayment and starter course done properly
  • Ridge vents where the attic needs them
  • Colours matched to the neighbourhood
Metal Roofing
Standing seam and panel

Metal Roofing

Metal costs more up front and lasts a lot longer. It sheds water fast, handles wind better, and reflects heat instead of holding it — which matters more in Florida than most places.

  • Standing seam and exposed-fastener panel
  • Sheds heavy rain fast
  • Holds up better in high wind
  • Reflects heat instead of storing it
Multifamily & Apartment Roofing
Duplexes and buildings

Multifamily & Apartment Roofing

Buildings are not just bigger houses. Tenants are living there while you work, there are more roof planes to tie together, and the schedule matters to somebody other than you.

  • Duplexes, fourplexes and apartment buildings
  • Work staged so tenants keep access
  • Multiple roof planes tied in properly
  • Property managers kept in the loop
Gutter Installation
Gutters and downspouts

Gutter Installation

A new roof pushes water somewhere. Gutters decide whether that somewhere is the storm drain or your foundation. We install them as part of the job rather than as an afterthought.

  • Installed with the roof, not months later
  • Downspouts aimed away from the slab
  • Sized for Florida downpours
  • Cleaned and tested before we leave

Why Florida Roofs Fail Early — and it is rarely the shingles

The rain is not gentle

Central Florida gets an afternoon storm most of the summer, and it arrives hard rather than slowly. Water finds anything that was rushed — a valley that was not flashed properly, a nail line that sits a fraction too high — long before the shingles themselves wear out.

The sun does the rest

Heat and UV cook a roof from above while a poorly vented attic cooks it from below. That is why ventilation is part of the job, not an upsell — a roof that cannot breathe ages years faster than the same roof that can.

Wind gets under the edges

Storm damage usually starts at a perimeter — an eave, a rake edge, a ridge. Get the starter course and the edge details right and the middle of the roof mostly takes care of itself.

Roofing FAQ

Do I need a whole new roof, or can it be repaired?

Often it can be repaired. A leak around a chimney, a valley that was never flashed right, or a strip of shingles the wind lifted are repairs — not replacements. We look first and tell you which one you are actually dealing with.

Shingle or metal — which should I get?

Shingle costs less now and is what most of the neighbourhood has. Metal costs more now, lasts longer, and does better in wind and heat. If you plan to keep the house a long time, metal usually wins on the maths. We will tell you honestly which one fits what you are trying to do.

How fast can you start?

Call and we will come look. Roof work in Central Florida gets scheduled around the weather more than around the calendar, so the honest answer depends on what the sky is doing that week — but we will tell you a real date, not a maybe.

Do you work on apartment buildings and duplexes?

Yes. A good part of what we do is multifamily — duplexes, fourplexes and apartment buildings around Orlando. We stage the work so tenants keep getting in and out, and we keep the property manager updated instead of leaving them to guess.

Do you install gutters too?

Yes — new gutters and downspouts, usually as part of the roof job. It is the right time to do it: the roof is already being worked on, and the gutters can be sized and aimed for the roof that is actually going on.

What areas do you cover?

We are based in Winter Springs and work across Central Florida — Seminole, Orange and Polk counties, Kissimmee, and everything around Orlando. If you are not sure whether you are in range, call and ask.
